Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist in Harrisonburg, VA, at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. PT or PTA placement for our outpatient clinic. 32-34 minimum hours per week.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Virginia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Experience treating musculoskeletal and post-operative orthopedic patients preferred.
• Clinical documentation experience with electronic medical records required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week during the assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques preferred.
• CPR/BLS current preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
