Our client is seeking a MIG Welder to help repair and modify industrial storage racks used by customers across the region. If you enjoy hands-on work and want a four-day work week, this opportunity is for you!What You'll Be Doing:Repair and modify industrial metal racks Perform MIG welding (approximately 50% of the job) Read blueprints and weld assemblies to customer specifications Set up and operate MIG welding equipment Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld components prior to final welding Inspect finished welds and make repairs as needed to ensure quality and stability Evaluate returned racks and assist with repair estimates Enter production information, material usage, and labor into the data collection system Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility Travel occasionally to customer sites to complete repairs and installations Follow all company safety policies and standard operating proceduresWhat We're Looking For:Previous MIG welding experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprintsStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipForklift experience is a plusWillingness to travel occasionally to customer locationsDependable with a strong work ethicSchedule:2nd Shift Monday–Thursday 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!Pay:$17.00–$19.00 per hour (Based on experience)Why Apply?Four-day work week Competitive pay Stable, long-term opportunity Hands-on work in a growing manufacturing environment Opportunity to build your welding career
