As the organization’s primary in-house legal advisor, you’ll partner with senior leadership to guide strategy, manage risk, and strengthen our legal foundation across two dynamic divisions.

Key Highlights:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts spanning construction, real estate, employment, and healthcare
• Partner with the Chief Compliance Officer on multi-sector regulatory compliance
• Oversee litigation, outside counsel, and discovery
• Advise leadership on employment law, corporate governance, and risk management
• Build a legal foundation that fuels innovation and long-term success

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Member of a State Bar
• 5–7 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting
• Background in healthcare law or construction law (both preferred)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative mindset
