Production Control Coordinator - Circulatory Restoration

Production Control Coordinator supports inventory and materials transactions for a cardiovascular medical device manufacturing facility in Santa Clara, California. The role maintains stockroom organization, manages ERP systems, and ensures accurate inventory control for production operations.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain CER stockroom, production Kanbans, and related inventory locations
- Execute materials transactions in ERP system and update inventory records according to procedures
- Perform cycle counts of material locations and report results to supervisor
- Verify correct labeling of components, supplies, and products before distribution
- Ensure CER has adequate component supply and Kanbans are consistently maintained
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 2+ years manufacturing/materials experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet/database software
- Ability to operate ERP systems; Oracle experience highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Verbal and written communication skills with basic mathematical competency
- Capability to work independently and as part of team in fast-paced environment
