Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Jones County Rest HomeFull TimeAssists patients with ADLs; supports mobility, comfort, and safety; monitors and reports changes; provides compassionate, team?based care.• Valid CNA certification (state); HS diploma/equivalent preferred; basic medical terminology.• Long?term care/rehab experience; CPR/First Aid; dementia/palliative training.• Assist with hygiene, grooming, bathing, feeding.• Monitor/record vitals; assist transfers and mobility.• Maintain clean/safe environment; adhere to infection control.• Provide emotional support and companionship.• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices.• Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.• Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech.All candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position.
