Accounts Receivable Clerk

Overview Accounts Receivable Specialist (Full-Time, In-Office Role) Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week). Start Date: ASAP. Pay: $16–$20 per hour (depending on experience). Track Payments – Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received promptly. Collections – Follow up with customers on overdue accounts in a professional, customer-friendly manner. Recordkeeping – Maintain accurate financial records and update our systems daily. Reporting – Assist with generating reports on receivables, collections, and cash flow. Collaborate with the Team – Work with operations, sales, and leadership to resolve billing issues. Be Flexible & Creative – Take on unconventional tasks to keep processes efficient and the team supported. Who You Are Detail-Oriented & Organized – You don’t let numbers slip through the cracks. Reliable & Professional – You take ownership of responsibilities and follow through. Clear Communicator – Comfortable working with customers and teammates professionally. Problem-Solver – You can troubleshoot issues and find solutions. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using spreadsheets, accounting software, and digital tools. Flexible & Team-Oriented – Willing to pitch in to help the company succeed. Experience – Minimum of 1 year in accounts receivable, billing, or finance.
