Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Summary:
At Rock River Nursing & Rehab, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Per Diem team. As a CNA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility
Work collaboratively with our nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and care delivery
Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents
Accommodate flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays , as needed
Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience as a CNA, preferably in a long-term care setting
