We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join the Home Careolina team in Cornelius, NC. In this role, you will provide essential companionship and support to our clients, helping to improve their quality of life through friendly interaction and assistance with daily activities.

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social interaction to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed
• Monitor clients’ well-being and report any changes or concerns to the care team
• Help with simple exercises and encourage mobility to promote physical health
• Maintain a respectful, supportive, and empathetic attitude toward clients at all times

• Previous experience in companion or personal care is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
• Must pass background checks and meet any state-required certifications
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• Competitive pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per week, paid bi-weekly
