Our ability to offer food along with our popular beers/cocktails is the next step in delivering a world class experience at Fletcher Place, Indy. Job Summary Assist with kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating food, cleaning dishes, keeping the kitchen neat and clean, and generally making the Black Dog Brewery a great place for our customers to visit. Essential Job Duties Pizza and Food preparation that involves cutting, slicing, mixing ingredients, measuring, etc. Cooking utilizing a convection oven, range, etc. (no fryers) Arranging food tickets in order of receipt Stocking pantry items / taking inventory Cleaning and properly sanitizing kitchen area Washing dishes Communicating with wait staff on orders Kitchen setup and breakdown Required Job Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Able to work evenings and weekends Previous kitchen experience preferred Able to work well in team environment Disclaimer All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
