A well-established financial services organization in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small office location. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on operations leader with banking, consumer lending, financial services, or regulated industry experience who enjoys balancing compliance, client service, team leadership, and operational excellence.

The Financial Operations Manager will serve as a key local leader, ensuring the office runs efficiently while partnering closely with remote leadership and corporate departments such as Compliance, Risk, and Information Technology. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a branch-style operation, make a meaningful impact, and contribute to a professional, service-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily office operations to ensure workflows, transactions, and client service activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, escalations, client concerns, audits, and operational reviews.
- Supervise and support a small team by providing coaching, feedback, workflow direction, and performance accountability.
- Partner with remote leaders and internal departments, including Compliance, Risk, and Information Technology, to support business needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen operational accuracy, and promote a high standard of service.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Employment type: Direct hire.
- Interim or temporary support may also be considered.
