What Drives Success

\n

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

\n

\n
• Handling basic office tasks such as answering emails and phone calls related to training programs and classes.
\n
• Process training documents accurately and in a timely manner making sure forms are complete and requirements are met.
\n
• Accurately update and maintain tracking spreadsheets with relevant data.
\n
• Follow-up, escalate and report accurately on training data.
\n
• Monthly calls to technicians and their managers for updates/feedback on tech’s progress/performance in training programs.
\n
• Update technician and class training files to keep current and easily accessible.
\n
• Prepare training documents and classroom materials for scheduled classes and to register techs.
\n
• Maintains class calendar by setting up class invites and scheduling meetings accordingly.
\n
• Setup class lunches, setup and refresh classrooms, and greet technicians and managers.
\n
• Monitor stock supplies and report when there are shortages.
\n
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
\n

What We Are Looking For

\n

\n
• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
\n
• Associates degree or equivalent is preferred.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, administrative support, and/or coordinating roles.
\n
• HVAC knowledge/experience preferred.
\n
• Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.
\n
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
\n
• Computer skills and extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly with Excel spreadsheets.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Superior problem-solving skills.
\n
• Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.
\n
• Enjoys working independently and with a team.
\n
• Must be passionate about supporting another’s success.

Compensation : This is a salaried nonexempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $35,000 $45,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
