Participant Care Technician's Main Objective:  Overall, the Participant Care Technician is responsible for providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies:

• Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
• Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols
• Patient enrollment and retention activities are executed with focus and follow-through
• Intramuscular (IM) injectors are performed safely and accurately.
• Clinical data is entered accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms
• Lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
• Ensuring sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site
• Physicians receive timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site team

Skills needed to win:

• Required : 1+ of professional experience patient-facing or healthcare position
• Preferred : Active medical assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) or nursing (VN, LPN, or RN) license
• Preferred: B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university
• Preferred: Professional experience providing direct patient care in a medical or clinical environment
• Preferred: Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role
• Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Job Type : Full-Time 40+ hrs 

Location : Hendersonville, TN with up to 20% travel to our Smyrna, TN clinic

Base Salary : $55,000-$67,000, dependent upon prior experience and credentialing
