You’ll collaborate closely with educators and other specialists, focusing on a manageable caseload of approximately 60-65 students at one dedicated school site. Key Qualifications: Active Texas SLPA licensure (required at time of application; district cannot consider candidates with incomplete clinical hours) Experience working with school-age populations, preferably K-12 Bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly preferred Experience supporting diverse learners in a school setting Ability to complete fingerprinting requirements through TEA (results may take up to 10 business days) Role Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language services under supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist Document progress and maintain accurate records for each student Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and IEP development Communicate effectively with educators, parents, and other team members Adapt therapy approaches to meet varied student needs This is a full-time, on-site role with up to 37.5 hours per week during the school year, beginning in August 2026 and continuing through May 2027.
