Compensation

• Base salary typically ranges from approximately $110K to $180K (depending on level/experience)
• Significant performance bonus (typically 25% to 90%)
• Co-Investment on deals
• Profit Sharing

About the Opportunity

A growing advisory platform is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to support strategic and transaction-related engagements across aerospace, defense, government services, and adjacent markets.

You'll work with investors, corporate leadership teams, and senior advisors on complex assignments involving financial analysis, market research, valuation, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and analyze financial models, valuations, and transaction scenarios.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive research.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and client deliverables.
• Lead analytical workstreams and develop defensible recommendations.
• Work directly with senior team members and clients throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• 1–9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate development, strategy, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience or strong interest in aerospace, defense, government services, or industrial markets preferred.
• Strong communication, judgment, attention to detail, and ownership mentality.
• Senior Associate candidates should be comfortable independently leading analysis and interacting with senior stakeholders.
