Network Engineer Senior

Our work depends on Network Admin joining our team to install, operate and maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot any issues, and quickly remedy the problem.

HOW A NETWORK ADMIN WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Provides ongoing support for the functionality and efficiency of computer systems and networks
• Performs maintenance and upgrade of networks including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and networks
• Maintains network integrity and connectivity while ensuring compliance with policies and maintains system backup and recovery capability
• Trains users, maintains, creates and deletes user accounts
• Develops and enhances processes and technical documentation, creates back-up procedures, test plans, and reports

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Associate degree preferred
• Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI
• Required Skills and Abilities: Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology, Security + or equivalent DoD 8570 certification required, Requires a good working knowledge of network administration and information systems, Must closely follow network protocols and methodology
• Preferred Skills: MCSA or CCNA or equivalent experience, Must be able to evaluate network performance and interact with users to solve problems, Can effectively deliver training, Has good consulting skills

Location: On Customer Site

Citizenship Required: US Citizenship

The likely salary range for this position is $76,565 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Travel Required: 10-25%
