West Acres Regional Shopping Center

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Full Time Store Manager to drive sales, guest experience, and team performance. You will coach AWMs, SLs, and Bear Builders, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure adherence to brand standards across operations. The role requires strong leadership, decision making, and the ability to hire, promote, and develop a high-performing team within a busy retail environment.
