A respected and expanding multi-specialty eye care group is opening a new flagship medical and surgical center in Midlothian, TX, and is seeking an Optometrist who thrives in a high-tech, patient-centered environment.

About the Role
As a key clinical provider at this new flagship site, you'll deliver full-scope optometric services while helping develop and refine the systems that make care smarter, faster, and more personalized.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive eye exams and managing ocular disease.
- Conducting surgical pre- and post-operative evaluations for cataract and refractive procedures.
- Supporting dry eye therapy, myopia management, and specialty contact lenses.
- Collaborating with surgeons, technicians, and administrators to ensure seamless, technology-driven workflows.
- Providing input on AI-supported EMR systems, telehealth initiatives, and data-based process improvements.
This position blends hands-on clinical care with strategic influence - giving you a voice in how technology enhances efficiency and patient experience across the entire organization.

Ideal Candidate
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
- Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain.

- Experience or enthusiasm for surgical co-management and ocular disease.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
