Key Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN or ASN required)
• RN license in Montana or compact state equivalent
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ability to obtain within the first year)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork capabilities; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
