EXPERIENCED TAX ACCOUNTANT

Job Description Gilliland & Associates, P.C. CPA seeks an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. Qualified applicants need to have at least 3 years’ experience with individual and corporate tax preparation, bookkeeping, knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Payroll, Word, Excel, and Outlook. CPA firm experience is required. The applicant needs to be detail oriented, have good communications skills, and have a take‑charge attitude. Gilliland & Associates, P.C. is a full‑service accounting firm located in Falls Church, VA. We have been serving the DC metro area for over 30 years. We offer a broad range of services to a diversified group of clients in many industries and businesses including real estate, personal and professional services, international trade, and nonprofit organizations. Qualifications At least 3 years of public accounting experience including experience in individual and business income tax preparation. Experience in GAAP Audits is a plus. Experience with QuickBooks and ProSystem fx is a plus. Degree in Accounting. CPA or CPA candidate. Good oral and written communication skills.
