About the Positio

nThe Optical Practice Manager serves as the operational leader and lead optician for the practice. This role is responsible for driving optical sales performance, developing and coaching optical team members, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and overseeing day-to-day practice operations

.

Unlike a traditional Practice Manager role, this position maintains a significant presence on the optical floor and functions as a working optician, directly assisting patients with eyewear selection, optical dispensing, troubleshooting, adjustments, and sales. The Practice Manager serves as the primary trainer and mentor for the optical team while partnering closely with the Clinical Manager and Optometrists to ensure seamless patient care across the practi

ce.
