Job Description

Experienced Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Napleton Ford Columbus has immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic. Our shop is overflowing with work. Full-time positions are immediately available. We offer a very competitive compensation plan, great benefits and flexible work schedules. Requirements are listed below:

Must have 2 years experience
Ford technician experience preferred
Hold a valid driver’s license
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

What you'll do:

Perform repairs per the repair order, following dealership procedures
Diagnose vehicles using Ford diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Complete warranty repairs to Ford specifications
Communicate with your service advisor on additional needed repairs and estimates
Complete required Ford training
