Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab RN with 2+ years of IR and Cath Lab/EP/Structural Heart/PV/Vascular experience for a day-shift contract requiring IL licensure.

Details

• Radiology department Cath Lab setting
• 10-hour day shifts from 07:00-17:30
• Floating required on an as-needed basis
• Weekend call rotation required
• Holiday call rotation required
• On-call requirement of 7-8 days per month with a 45-minute maximum callback response time
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required
• IL IEMA certification required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (American Heart preferred; American Red Cross accepted for BLS)
• Minimum 2 years of IR experience required
• Cath Lab, EP, Structural Heart, PV, or Vascular experience required
• Structural Heart experience highly preferred
• Epic EMR experience required and must be noted in employment history
• New graduates will not be considered
• Two current professional references from a Supervisor/Manager/Charge in the relevant area within the last year required
• A travel reference is preferred

Additional Information

• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Returning permanent or per diem staff must be separated from employment for 12 months before being considered as a traveler
• RTO maximum of 7 days for 13-week contracts
