Description Registered Nurse (RN) – Territory Clinical Manager, Home Health. Location: Newport Beach, CA. Full‑Time | On‑Site. Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 per year. Field‑Based Leadership Role. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and supervision to ensure patient care aligns with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee and coordinate patient care delivery across the assigned territory. Support, mentor, and guide clinical staff including RNs and field clinicians. Monitor patient outcomes and ensure timely updates to care plans based on condition changes. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and internal leadership. Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and compliance with organizational standards. Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and support achievement of performance goals. Maintain strong communication with patients, families, caregivers, and staff. Promote a safe, compliant, and high‑performing care environment. Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing. Minimum 3–5 years of RN experience. Prior experience in home health, community, or clinic settings preferred. Current CPR certification required while employed in a clinical role. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required. Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
