About the Position

Job Title: Lead CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:30 - 17:00 Experience: 8+ years preferred License: MD License required Certifications: ARRT-CT, ARRT-R, BLS Must-Have: - Previous Charge Experience: 10 years - Community Client Experience - LTAC Experience - Required Travel Experience Description: Lead CT Technologist with expertise in advanced imaging technology. Responsible for managing CT services, ensuring high-quality patient care. Must have thorough knowledge of CT procedures and protocols. Experience in 3D rendering techniques and advanced imaging studies is essential. Successful candidates will work with a diverse patient population, including adults and pediatrics. Familiarity with Cerner charting system is required. Experience in trauma center environments preferred. Lead role requires strong leadership and management skills. Candidates should have experience in performing various CT examinations, including coronary CTA, biopsies, and drainages. Knowledge of radiation safety and preparation/administration of contrast media is essential. Position to include weekend coverage every other Saturday. Candidates must be willing to float within their scope of practice. Tobacco-free facility; nicotine-free candidates only.
