This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a technically minded professional who is knowledgeable with troubleshooting HVAC equipment, supporting customers, and collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional service.

As the HVAC Technical Support Agent, you will serve as a key resource for customers and internal teams by providing technical expertise and product support related to HVAC and air conditioning equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical troubleshooting support for company-supplied air conditioning equipment and related components
• Identify and recommend replacement service parts for customers
• Supply technical literature and documentation to internal and external customers
• Assist Customer Support Representatives with equipment identification and parts inquiries
• Support warranty evaluations by assisting with claim reviews and proper procedures
• Collaborate with Field Service Representatives to resolve technical issues
• Maintain a high level of customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
