Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a large multi-suite operating room environment
• Must be able to both circulate and scrub - scrubbing is a firm requirement for this role
• Support surgical procedures in specialty areas including neuro, eyes, and/or trauma
• Operate within a facility utilizing da Vinci robotic surgical systems
• Provide holiday coverage as needed; participate in one on-call shift every 3rd or 4th weekend (8-hour call shift, no weekend work shifts)
• Chart accurately using Epic electronic health records

• Active RN license (any active state license or compact license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required
• Some Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center experience required
• Must be able to scrub - candidates who cannot scrub will not be considered
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local travelers are not accepted

• Experience scrubbing for neuro, ophthalmology, or trauma surgical cases
• Familiarity with da Vinci robotic surgical systems
• Comfort with floating to other units or nearby facilities based on skill set and census needs

• Work in a high-volume, advanced surgical environment with access to cutting-edge robotic technology across 28 OR suites
• No weekend work shifts expected - with a predictable evening schedule and limited on-call obligation
