Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Licensed SNF or ALF in Virginia
- Masters preferred in a health-related field.
- 5 years’ experience in long-term care.
- 5 years of progressive management experience.
- Strong resident assessment, communication and customer service skills.
