Role Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication. Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to produce high-quality welds. Perform precision sheet metal welding and fabrication, adhering to tight tolerances. Inspect finished work for quality and compliance with specifications. Assist with custom metal projects and support assembly and finishing processes. Train and mentor junior welders to develop skills and maintain standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and work with advanced equipment. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in MIG welding and sheet metal fabrication. Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Attention to detail to meet precise tolerances and quality standards. Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
