Inova Alexandrias Hospital Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) is a 20-bed acute care unit with the goal to provide transition level care to patients who while stable, still require a high degree of support and monitoring. If RN has an associates degree (ADN); must be within one (1) year of completing BSN/lilistrongExperience:/strong Requires a minimum of 1-year Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting./lilistrongCertification:/strong Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Virginia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC). Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start. Specialty certification (as required by unit) within one (1) year from date of hire.
