Product/Software Integration Principal

This role will lead the deployment and long-term strategy of the company's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment while driving critical software integration and process improvement initiatives across the business.

Working closely with engineering, quality assurance, and external technology partners, you'll be responsible for establishing scalable systems, improving operational efficiency, and developing the processes that support product development from concept through deployment. This is a highly visible, cross-functional position that offers the opportunity to influence technology strategy, strengthen system governance, and help build the infrastructure needed to support innovative nuclear programs.

The ideal candidate has experience leading PLM initiatives (Teamcenter Focused) , managing enterprise software integrations, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions in a complex engineering environment.

Responsibilities

PLM Product Manager (75% time)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all PLM development efforts.
• Act as the main interface with external PLM subcontractors and coordinate priorities, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
• Provide back-end PLM development leadership as needed to support system enhancements and configuration changes.
• Develop and refine PLM policies and procedures in partnership with engineering and other business stakeholders.
• Partner closely with the PLM Lead/Specialist who manages day-to-day administration and operational support.

Software QA (20% time)

• Collaborate with the QA team to understand current processes, open questions, and improvement opportunities.
• Draft original QA policies and procedures to support consistency, compliance, and clarity.
• Review software and related deliverables to help ensure quality expectations are understood and met.
• Support special projects that may expand over time, including document control, accounting platform integration, third-party tool AI integration, and related cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute subject matter expertise drawn from prior experience to help solve complex operational and technical challenges.

Special Projects (5% time, growing as other projects are completed)

• Document Control Integration
• Accounting Platform Integration
• AI strategy development and tool integration

Qualifications

• Direct prior experience in enterprise software integration with relevant platforms (Ex: Siemens Team Center, Oracle P6, MS Dynamics, MS 365 & SharePoint, etc.)
• Ability to serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong process-building skills, with the ability to draft clear policies and procedures.
• Working knowledge of software quality assurance concepts and collaborative QA practices.
• Comfort working across multiple priorities and adapting as business needs evolve.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to analyze current-state processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical operations, systems administration, QA, or engineering support role.
• Exposure to document control, platform integrations, or third-party software implementation.
• Experience working with subcontractors or managed service partners.
