Strategic HR Manager - Public Health Talent & Compliance
Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County
Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is seeking a senior Human Resources leader to manage a major HR division within MPHD. The role oversees recruitment, workforce development, benefits, employee relations, and policy implementation in alignment with the department's mission. The position partners with the Director to deploy talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement across MPHD.
