Outpatient Physical Therapist position available at Klamath Health Partnership located at 2074 South 6th Street, Klamath Falls, OR 97601. Salary range: $104,000 - $130,000 a year for full-time employment. Formal mentorship is provided for new grads or for those changing to outpatient therapy as desired.

What You'll Do

Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based methods. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Supervise PT Assistants and students. Educate patients and families. Document care using EClinicalWorks EMR. Ensure compliance with CMS and Oregon Board standards.

Qualifications

Degree from a CAPTE-accredited PT program. Oregon PT license (or eligibility). BLS certification (within 30 days of hire). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to culturally responsive care. FQHC experience preferred.
