We're building more than infrastructure; we are building your future.**General Summary**Under general supervision, this position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and office support functions to ensure the daily operations of the location run efficiently.**Essential Job Accountabilities*** Perform a variety of administrative and office support functions to ensure the daily operations of the department run efficiently.* Support one or more managers including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendar, and travel arrangements to ensure their time is managed efficiently.* Maintain/update reports to ensure compliance with company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations.* Support functional area by being the point of contact for department procedures and practices to ensure consistency.* Assist operations managers and/or supervisors or other staff with their daily functions to ensure departmental goals are achieved.* Review and code departmental expenses to ensure accurate accounting and budgeting.* Maintain department files to ensure they remain organized and current.* Order and maintain inventory of department supplies stock to ensure supplies are available when needed.* Answer phones and greet visitors. This position is in-office, not remote.* Other administrative duties may be assigned as needed.**Education*** High school diploma**Work Experience*** 0-2 years of office and administrative experience.**Knowledge, skills, and abilities*** Must have knowledge of commonly used administrative and office concepts, practices and procedures* Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills* Strong customer service focus* Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly* Exceptional problem solving skills with consistent follow through* Ability to maintain confidentiality* Attention to detail and accuracy* Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills* Ability to work well with all levels of staff as well as external customers**Physical Demands**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
