Otolaryngology Physician
Inspire Healthcare
- Board-Certified in Otolaryngology
-Head and Neck Surgery (preferred)
- Full-Time permanent Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Physician.
- Preferred Work Schedule:Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) ' NO weekends.
- Mostly Outpatient and occasional Inpatient Consults.
- This is a new specialty that well offer, and we are looking for someone to help the medical group build the practice and service line.
- Offers flexibility and autonomyon building the practice.
- Position in Victorville, CA ' around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary + Production Bonus (50% of collections)
- Base Salary ranges from $500,000-$600,000 and is negotiable.
- Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.
- Production bonus
- Health Insurance: self-funded EPO (HMO) no cost for provider
- Retirement: 401k
- CME Allowance
- Relocation reimbursement
