Diverse Staffing is hiring Production Forklift Operators for a manufacturing facility in Manchester, MI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering overtime, double-time pay on Sundays, and excellent benefits when hired by the customer.

Job Duties

Operate forklifts safely throughout the facility
Load and unload production lines
Move materials between departments
Replenish production inventory
Complete basic documentation
Follow all safety procedures

Must-Have Requirements

Previous manufacturing forklift experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift
Basic reading and counting skills
Reliable attendance
Updated resume

Work Environment

Manufacturing facility
Moving equipment and forklift traffic
Moderate to high noise levels
Safety shoes and PPE required
Fast-paced production environment
