Position Overview Outside Sales Representative – Full‑time. Salary range: $60,000 – $150,000 per year. Work location: On the road across CT, NY, OH, PA (CT – Hartford, CT – New Hartford, NY – Albany, NY – Binghamton, NY – Buffalo, NY – Jamestown, NY – Rochester, NY – Syracuse, NY – Utica, NY – White Plains, OH – Cleveland, OH – Columbus, OH – Youngstown, PA – Allentown, PA – Erie, PA – Midland, PA – Pittsburgh). Responsibilities Conduct in‑home consultations with warm leads. Manage the full sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract close. Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer records, and manage communication. Create and present detailed project estimates and contracts. Educate customers on our services and how we compare to competitors. Apply strong relationship management, negotiation, and customer service skills to drive sales. Partner with the production team to ensure smooth project transition. Resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Previous experience in sales (inside, outside, B2C) is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑starter who can manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Comfortable using CRM tools. Positive attitude, high energy, and a growth mindset.
