Quality Control Specialist
The Quality Control Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the established quality standards before they reach the market. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in quality control.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Review and analyze batch records and product specifications to identify any discrepancies.
- Document quality control findings and maintain organized filing systems for easy access to records.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality processes.
- Assist in training staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
