GEICO's Corporate Underwriting team is seeking a motivated, analytical professional to join us as a Senior Process Analyst.The duties consist of analyzing complex business problems and key performance measures, understanding the drivers of performance, helping develop solutions to problems, and much more! We are looking for someone who is motivated, self-driven, and an excellent analytical thinker. As a Senior Process Analyst, in addition to working with peers and management, you can expect to work closely with our partners in other areas of the business to drive change.How You’ll Make a Difference:Advance Business Solutions:Lead and support large, complex initiatives aimed at solving business challenges and improving operational performancePartner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive measurable resultsEvaluate Business Performance:Analyze sales, underwriting, claims, and other business data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement and to help solve mid to high level business problems in pursuit of company goalsMonitor key performance indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and business initiativesTurn Insights Into Recommendations:Create clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organizationTranslate complex data and technical concepts into meaningful business insightsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience & Qualifications:Have 2+ years of GEICO experience working in cross-functional teams with a focus on sales, service, and underwriting processesExperience analyzing large data sets and providing recommendations for improvements to complex business problemsCore Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointIntellectual curiosity to learn and ability to ask insightful questionsEffective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural informationAnnual Salary$73,800.00 - $141,450.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
