Producer/Editor/Videographer

Full-time The Producer/Editor/Videographer will play an essential role in creative development, production and post production of content for TMRW Sports and its associated brands. This person will be highly creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized. Reporting to the Sr. Art Director, this person will join a highly talented and innovative Creative team and will work in a fast-paced, collaborative, transparent, and collegial environment. This is a highly visible role, with this role partnering closely with business leaders and internal and external stakeholders, while serving as an ambassador for the holistic organization. He/She will produce broadcast-quality video content for a worldwide audience to support our rapidly scaling organization. ***To be considered for this role, all applicants must include a digital portfolio showcasing various work samples. Responsibilities Provide videography, production, writing, and editing expertise to TMRW Sports projects, managing from concept to completion Translate marketing, promotion, and sales needs into engaging, impactful, eye-catching, sizzles, long and short form content Research, conceptualize, pitch, shoot and edit original social video content for a wide variety of stories and activations Partner with internal Social & Content teams to create and execute ideas that will drive up views, watch-time and consumer engagement Identify storylines and effectively transform them into action items Ideate and develop video content for various direct to consumer formats Film in run and gun and studio settings with high profile athletes and talent Responsible for shoots for a wide variety of assigned events such as internal communications, interviews, community events, partner events or in-arena live footage Ensure that all work meets a high level of creativity, innovation, and brand association Available during and ahead of competition hours, which may include evenings, weekends and may include travel as applicable Other duties as assigned Requirements 7+ years of experience in videography, production and editing Sports graphics design and execution experience a must Extensive knowledge of video production process, including lighting and camera techniques and operations Proficient in Adobe Creative suite, industry tools, technologies, and techniques with a videography portfolio demonstrating full breadth of video, editing and producing experience Experience shooting with DSLR and/or mirrorless cameras in 4k+ formats Keen understanding of content creation and management techniques and best practices Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation softwareProven track record of working collaboratively and productively with leaders across various internal functions Ability to work with high profile athletes and/or agents along while using discretion Strong sense of editorial timing and direction Available during and ahead of competition hours, which may include evenings, weekends and may include travel as applicable Preferred Digital and/or motion graphic design experience a plus You’ll be successful if you: Are passionate about shooting sports and professional athletes Are able to manage multiple projects and timelines at a time Are a self-starter and are self-motivated to conquer tasks and drive clarity when needed Seek and receive constructive criticism and then apply to your work accordingly Are a team player with the proven ability to collaborate effectively internally and externally Are a creative, clear thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for sports design Possess a strong sense of editorial timing and direction Continually strive to exceed client expectations Bring a fresh and forward-thinking approach, impactful writing, slick editing and an innovative point of view Stay current on video technologies and industry trends Benefits Equity ownership opportunities to allow employees to share in the company’s growth Unlimited discretionary time off along with 15 paid holidays per year (including the week of Independence Day) Comprehensive health insurance options, including a 100% contribution Employee coverage option Additional employee and family insurance coverage options with company contribution, including dental and vision FSA, HSA and DCHSA opportunities including contribution matches Retirement options including traditional 401(k) and Roth IRA plans *Benefits are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
