GS-12 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying analytical, evaluative and trend analysis methods and techniques in the process of addressing explosives safety programs, industrial operations, resource allocation. Experience managing inventory and workplace safety in support of regulatory compliance and improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Experience applying comprehensive knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents governing DoD and Navy explosives safety Programs. GS-11 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying analytical, evaluative and trend analysis methods and techniques in the process of addressing explosives safety programs. Experience managing inventory in support of regulatory compliance and improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
