THE MISSION Help keep the company's fleet and operating equipment safe, reliable, and ready to support daily field production with minimal downtime. WHAT YOU'LL DO Perform preventive maintenance on trucks, trailers, and heavy construction equipment Assist experienced mechanics with diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs Help prepare equipment so it is safe, available, and job-ready Learn how to identify mechanical problems before they cause larger failures Help maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized Develop diagnostic and repair skills through hands-on training Support the team in reducing equipment downtime and repeat repairs WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable, organized, and able to follow through Comfortable working in both shop and outdoor environments Mechanical experience is helpful but not required Interest in trucks, trailers, diesel systems, or heavy equipment BENEFITS Medical coverage through Cigna, with PPO and HMO options and a 50% employer premium contribution Dental and vision coverage through Principal 401(k) with company match Paid time off Tools provided ABOUT A.C.
