We're looking for an educator who enjoys taking ownership of a classroom, creating meaningful learning experiences, and working collaboratively with families and fellow teachers. What You'll Do Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum Support early literacy, math, language, creativity, and social-emotional development Encourage independence, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships Guide and support Assistant Teachers Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom Observe children's development and communicate regularly with families Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous professional preschool or childcare experience required Lead Teacher experience preferred CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework strongly preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements What We Offer $16–$18 per hour Full-time Monday–Friday schedule Paid training and professional development Employee childcare discount Supportive leadership and teaching team Career advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr The Learning Experience - Clarkston
