Personal Banker

Job Duties Open and close a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts Accept cash and checks for deposit; check accuracy of deposit transaction Identify customer, validate and cash checks Record transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures Balance currency Prepare change orders Assist clients with wires and electronic/mobile banking products Answer inquiries regarding checking/savings accounts and other bank products Typing, filing, answering phones, distributing mail Document imaging Provide quality and personalized service Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of operational experience in a bank preferred MS Word/Excel/Outlook experience preferred Key Competencies Accuracy and attention to detail Outgoing personality Proficiency in verbal and written communication Ability to prioritize and multi-task and follow-through Effective organization and time management skills Ability to professionally interact with all levels of employees and clients Ability to respect and hold confidential information Effectively work as a team member and independently as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
