Senior Operational Risk Analyst

Seeking a full-time Senior Operational Risk Analyst to work remotely, who will assist in setting the vision for Operational Risk Management, collaborate with internal teams on control management, and evaluate process improvements to mitigate key risks. Key responsibilities Assist VP of Operational Risk with establishing short, medium, and long-term goals for the department Collaborate with Compliance Integration and Operations teams on control management and monitoring Conduct risk assessments and perform control assurance to ensure effective operational risk controls Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience 5-10 years of experience in operational risk management or enterprise risk management 4+ years of experience in mortgage servicing operations Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to mortgage servicing Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage systems such as LoanSphere and MSP
