Job Opening: General Laborer

Jones Wholesale Bait, Inc. & Jones Quail and Pheasant Hunts is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with a variety of outdoor, agricultural, wildlife, and operational duties. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys hands-on work, working with animals, and being part of a small, hardworking team.

Position Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor labor
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to work in a variety of environments

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with sales and customer service
• Haul and handle fish for wholesale bait operations
• Work with dogs and hunting birds
• Care for and handle quail, pheasants, and chukars
• Mow and maintain grounds and facilities
• Operate heavy equipment on a limited basis
• Perform general maintenance and other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: Based on experience
• 401(k) eligibility after 90 days
• One week paid vacation after one year of employment

Work Schedule:

Hours and duties may vary based on operational needs
