Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager ("ACM") for our 340-unit residential community in Bloomingdale, IL. The ACM will support the Community Manager in daily operations, foster a positive team environment, assist with marketing, occupancy, and financial objectives, and help ensure residents have an exceptional living experience.

Pay: $24-$27 per hour, based on experience, plus commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• At least three years of experience in a fast-paced residential rental community
• Demonstrated initiative, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Assist in lease administration, including abstracting leases and maintaining an up-to-date database
• Support rent collection and the issuance of 5-day notices
• Coordinate resident move ins and move outs, including furniture delivery and pick up
• Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed
• Comply with industry legal requirements related to all Fair Housing laws
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Community Manager or Vice President of Operations
