Network Engineer -SD-WAN (Viptela)

Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise wireless LAN solutions across office and industrial environments. Conduct wireless surveys (predictive & on site), RF analysis, and coverage optimization. Lead troubleshooting for complex Wi Fi issues, including authentication, interference and performance degradation. Create and update Low Level Designs (LLDs) for Wi Fi, NAC and related network services. Produce accurate Bill of Materials (BoM) for new deployments, refresh programmes and upgrade initiatives. Support Wi Fi lifecycle management including hardware upgrades, software updates and capacity planning. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with enterprise WLAN technologies (Cisco, Aruba). Must have : Strong Experience with Aruba ClearPass for 802.1X, RADIUS, profiling and role-based access Deep understanding of RF fundamentals (channel planning, power, interference mitigation) 802.11 standards including Wi Fi 5/6/6E/7; WLAN authentication (EAP methods, RADIUS, role based access); Enterprise controllers, cloud-managed Wi Fi platforms and policy engines Proficiency with wireless survey tools (Ekahau, Hamina etc.) Experience with Cradlepoint, or similar 5G cellular-enabled networking platforms Experience supporting large scale Wi Fi environments in complex organisations. Experience with Aruba ClearPass for 802.1X, RADIUS, profiling and role-based access Ability to interpret network analytics, performance data and incident trends. Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
