About the Role As a Private Process Server with ProVest, you will work independently to deliver legal documents on behalf of leading law firms and financial institutions. Documents may include foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job. Responsibilities Serve legal documents within assigned areas Manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile) Return completed documents Plan routes and manage your own schedule Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times Qualifications We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who: Live in or near the listed counties Have strong time management and organizational skills Are comfortable working independently Communicate clearly and professionally Are comfortable using mobile technology Value accuracy, honesty, and professionalism Requirements Availability 3–5 days per week, including Saturdays Ability to complete 15–20 service attempts per day Willingness to visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-off Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Access to a computer, printer, and scanner Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting Preferred Experience Experienced Process Servers Law Enforcement or Security background Support Provided You will have a dedicated Tennessee liaison for support.
