Finance Manager

Role Overview We are a well-established health and wellness company with a science-backed product portfolio and a growing presence across North America. Our team is collaborative, mission‑driven, and deeply committed to the work we do. Responsibilities Own month‑end close for all supply‑chain related accounting areas. Inventory valuation, reconciliation, and analysis. Manufacturing variance analysis (PPV, usage, absorption). Standard costing across manufacturing and warehousing. Journal entries and reconciliations for inventory and distribution. Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing setup. Decision support and financial reporting for supply‑chain leadership. Partner closely with supply‑chain and finance leaders, act as a point of escalation for the team, and help prioritize and structure work across a small group of finance colleagues. Qualifications Hands‑on experience in standard cost manufacturing and inventory-heavy environments. Deep understanding of variance accounting — not just theoretical knowledge. Ability to operate as both a strategic thought partner and a hands‑on executor. Comfort making decisions, setting priorities, and pushing back when needed. Experience in people leadership.
