Overview Eligible New Grads (no more than 2 years post‑graduation date) can receive an additional $50,000 above annual salary over 5 years in the form of a monthly stipend. Qualifications They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
